How do i request a discovery call?
Email me at letty@keystrokevss.co.uk or click HERE to view my diary and select a suitable time.
Is there a charge for the initial discovery call?
There is no charge for the initial 15 minute call. However, should you require longer than this please let me know and I can block off additional time at an investment of £12.00 per 15 minute increment.

I am worried about any hidden fees?
During our discovery call I will establish your requirements and lay them out in a contract along with an estimate for the work. If at anytime additional resources or time maybe required the client is always consulted first.
Is there a contract or agreement?
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with all of our new clients. This is then followed up with an email and a contract outlining the work requested, confidentiality, payment terms, and termination clauses.
Do I have to provide you with any training?
While many VAs are highly experienced, some training is often necessary to align them with your specific processes, tools, and expectations.
