What will happen next?

We will firstly acknowledg receipt of your complaint and then please allow us up to five working days to look into your complaint.  If for any reason we feel it will take longer than five days we will advise you as to why we are not able to provide you with a full answer to your complaint and when we expect to be able to do so.
